A Nursing graduate in the Philippines, Estong (Alex Medina) eventually flew to New Zealand so he could pursue his dreams for his family. While working there as a nurse and a house helper on the side, he soon meets Ava-a New Zealander whom he later fell in love with. Despite growing from different walks of life, will they be able to fight for their budding relationship?
