Roman falls and hits his head hard. Victoria gives Carlos and Helena some news that they will not like much, since they must pay half of the surgery in advance. At the moment when Carlos and Helena are hugging, María Clara arrives and feels a little uncomfortable. Carlos talks to María Clara and tells her that Helena has to be admitted and he is going to accompany her. Helena confesses to Carlos that she can't have him around, because she still feels things for him. Before the surgery, María Clara comes to Helena and wishes her the best.
