Raju is the son of a widow and his mother brings home Madhu and her sister Gauri from a troublesome uncle. Madhu works hard to bring up the family while Raju gambles and waste's money. Madhu marries her sister to Raju thinking he will change after marriage but all in vain when Raju refuses to change and continues to gamble. Situation become's worse when Raju starts to chase something dangerous thinking it will make him more rich!
